To streamline your ordering process, please include the following information when placing an order via email:

Business Information:

- Company name

- Contact person's name

- Business address

- Phone number

- Email address

- Tax ID (along with any required documentation)

Order Details:

- Product names

- Quantity of each product requested

- Opening Order Minimum: $150 (Before Shipping)

- Minimum Order Quantities: Greeting Cards – 6 per design, Stickers – 10 per design

Additional Information:

- Any special requests or customization requirements

- Preferred shipping method and delivery timeline

Once we receive your order, we’ll promptly generate an invoice for you. Payment is required before shipment.

Generally, our lead time is 3-7 business days, depending on the size of the order and the time of year. If you need your order expedited, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms:
All orders must be paid in full before shipment.

Shipping:

- All orders are shipped from our studio in New Jersey, USA, unless otherwise specified.

- For lighter orders, we will ship via USPS.

- For heavier orders, we will ship via UPS.

- If you have a preferred shipping method, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

- Free shipping is available for orders over $250 within the United States.

- For orders under $250, customers are responsible for shipping costs and any applicable import fees.

Order Fulfillment:

Orders will be shipped as soon as possible unless a later shipping date is specified at the time of ordering.

If you would like to schedule a later shipment, please let us know, and we’ll accommodate your request.

Resale:
Resale is permitted on independent websites and in-person at retailer locations.

Due to the frequent sale of stolen artwork from our studio, we do not permit wholesale partners to sell our products on third-party platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, or Facebook Marketplace without prior approval.

Returns and Damages:
We want you to be happy with your purchase! While we do not offer returns for wholesale orders, please reach out if there are any issues with your order, and we’ll work with you to resolve them. If you are concerned about being able to return items, please order via Faire, as returns are allowed on that platform.

Brand Values and Representation:
We reserve the right to refuse sale to any partner who misrepresents our brand or engages in behavior that promotes hate, discrimination, or harm. We strive to work with partners who share our commitment to integrity, creativity, and respect for all individuals.
