ORDERING & TERMS

Opening Orders:
We have an opening order minimum requirement of $125 USD and a re-order minimum of $100 USD.

Minimums:
Greeting Cards – 6 per design, Stickers – 10 per design

Payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal via our invoicing system.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped from our studio in New Jersey, USA, unless otherwise specified.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping + import costs. All domestic US orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS ground. All international orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS unless a shipping account is provided. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you have a preferred shipping method, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Fulfillment:
Orders will be shipped as soon as possible unless a later shipping date is specified at the time of ordering.

If you would like to schedule a later shipment, please let us know, and we’ll accommodate your request. Orders may be scheduled up to six months in advance.

Turn-around Time:
Please allow 3 - 8 business days for your order to ship. Post-show and holiday orders may require additional processing time of 1 - 3 days. If you need your order expedited, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If your order has special requests like additional packaging or barcoding, that may extend fulfillment time.

Backorders:
Backordered products will be noted at the time of order and/or shipment. All backordered items will ship free of charge as soon as they are available, unless otherwise specified.

Resale:
Resale is only permitted on independent websites and in-person at retailer locations. Due to the frequent sale of stolen artwork from our studio, we do not permit wholesale partners to sell our products on third-party platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, or Facebook Marketplace.

Refunds & Returns:
All sales are final and cannot be exchanged once products have shipped. We accept returns or exchanges for damaged products. Claims must be made to hello@midnightdoorstudio.com within 5 business days of receipt of product.

To streamline your ordering process, please include the following information when placing an order via email:

Business Information:

- Company name

- Contact person's name

- Business address

- Phone number

- Email address

- Tax ID (along with any required documentation)

Order Details:

- Product names

- Quantity of each product requested

Additional Information:

- Any special requests or customization requirements

- Preferred shipping method and delivery timeline

Once we receive your order, we’ll promptly generate an invoice for you and collect payment information. Payment is processed upon shipping.
