If you find our designs being sold on Redbubble, Etsy shops that are NOT affiliated with MidnightDoorStudio, or elsewhere online, please exercise caution. If you spot our designs in large sticker packs, they have been stolen from us and potentially other artists. If a business is selling the design as if it were their own, it has been stolen from us.

While our authorized retailers may offer sales or discounts, they sell at retail prices. Most authorized retailers will also include attribution to Midnight Door Studio. These are legitimate businesses that support us. ❤️

Our prices reflect the true value of our items, including manufacturing, design, licensing, fees, shipping, and other costs. Unfortunately, we can't compete with unscrupulous companies that steal our art.

Please support us instead of those who profit from stolen work. If you have any questions about this, feel free to reach out!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Products are made to order and cannot be resold. Please make sure to check the size chart before ordering. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us!

We accept cancellations ONLY if your order has NOT been started in the printing process. Once your order has gone into the printing process it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Contact us at hello@midnightdoorstudio.com.

This is normal! If you have ordered different types of items they will typically come separately due to being made at different facilities. The other parts of your order are on their way to you!

We leave printing beautiful products to the professionals! Our products are printed by different shops around the world. We thoroughly test and sample all of our printers before deciding to work with them.

This makes sure you get the highest quality item we can provide!

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations: 

Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea.

Yes, customers are responsible for paying any customs or import taxes that may apply. Also note: We are not responsible for any potential delays due to customs.
